The staff was wonderful! The continental breakfast left a little to be desired, but ok. Loved the area

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The elevator was a little high when it opened at ground level. It was hard to get the luggage cart up over the at least one inch high opening. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed at the sure stay 4 nights while we explored the New River Gorge and Monongahela forest. Location was about 30 mins or so from the gorge, but a lot of close by state parks and beautiful scenery to access easily. Hotel is right by the beautiful Summersville lake as well. Hotel is small, quaint. A little outdated on the outside. But the rooms were nice and clean. We stayed in the king size bed room and bed was super comfy and offered a good night's sleep. Shower was good. Breakfast is basic, waffles, cereal, toast/ breads, apples, juice and coffee. Hotel was quiet and felt safe. No extra amenities, but we didn't need that. Served our purpose of needing a clean, safe place to shower and lay heads after long days of exploring the wild, wonderful forests of West Virginia. Staff was all super friendly and helpful on all shifts. Close by to several places to grab good food. And the price point was awesome, saving money to be spent elsewhere.

Really good staff. Didn’t see any terrible people in the parking lots. Right next to a really well trained Dairy Queen.

This hotel has a friendly and helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel is well looked after - the exterior doors were being repainted while was there. It is a nice little place to stay, and I felt very safe. Did I mention their amazing staff? Thanks for a great stay.

The room was a last second booking while driving to Florida from NY. There was enough parking for our moving truck and trailer. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite, even though it was midnight. The complimentary breakfast area was clean and well thought out. There wasn’t a huge selection, but everything was fresh and perfectly adequate. The gentleman at the desk in the morning greeted everyone as they came through the door. A very pleasant stay!

Room was clean and had recently been updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay and much better than places costing twice as much on our trip.
