From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the room was absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable bed, great location! The concerts we attended were also amazing! Authentic venue with great sound!.

The hotel is unique, upscale, clean, and historic. The river walk is gorgeous and literally right outside the door. The pull-out mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful. Highly recommended and will come back.

This place is very recommended, it is a must-go place to stay. It is located in a place that is quite strategic. The staff are very helpful, always fix the problem as quickly as they can.

This hotel looked very impressive online. It is stunning in person, but it's not worth the price. There is nothing to do in the town, most businesses were closed. We had a king river view room. The balcony is shared with all the rooms on that floor. The restaurant staff were rude. They clearly didn't want to be there. We went to happy hour and dinner. It didn't change. The bathrooms floors are very chilly. We were woken up by the construction and the cleaners early in the morning. That was very irritating. Check out is at about the morning, which was fine. We ended up going to bed early since there was nothing to do in town. We set out the do not disturb sign. At 10:15, the cleaning service knocks on the door, asking what time they're leaving. When this happened, I wasn't happy. Needless to say, I wouldn't stay here again. Our money could have been spent elsewhere. Parking was simple because there was nobody around. We went to the hot springs, which was fantastic! It seemed a little sketch initially, but turned out to be quite good. Remember to lock your valuables in your vehicle. The bed was so comfortable! The most comfortable on our journey.

We spent our anniversary weekend in Buena Vista and stayed at the Surf Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and when we arrived in our room, we were surprised and delighted to see a bottle of bubbly chilling. We'd like to thank them for our anniversary. The rooms are nice, with a great view of the mountains and nice touches like an espresso machine and wine fridge.
