Great location, overlooking the beach, steps from the locals' coffee shop and classic restaurant (Oceanic). Kitchen space was more than functional...didn't use it but next time we bring the grandkids!

Great location and fair price. I would definitely come back and if I lived in Wilmington I would consider a staycation. Staff were al incredibly friendly. Easy check in, easy parking.

Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Beautiful spot right on the beach. Rooms have a perfect beach view, quick direct access to the beach, great restaurants right next door and across the street, and an easy bike ride to most restaurants in wrightsville beach.

Our third stay here in the last 2 months. We love the location, full kitchen and smaller size hotel/suites. Staff treats you like family. Beautiful beach front location.

Ocean front, recently remodeled to almost like-new condition, great free parking, very clean, full size kitchen appliances, all rooms have amazing straight-on ocean view, direct beach access, pool (in season), excellent HVAC System, nice front desk staff, and reasonably priced for a no-frills but very nice hotel (don't let the exterior fool you). I'm usually fairly picky about where we stay, but we will definitely stay here again!

Great location, great access to the beach, and great view of the sunrise from the balcony! The staff was very nice and the remodeled condo was done well. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities to make cooking easy. Will definitely stay here again!
