I spent almost $400 on an ocean view room The door mechanism was completely loose and I didn’t sleep very well because of that they offered $50 off because of the inconvenience. I don’t feel like that’s really worth it. The room was a very typical room nothing special of course the ocean is gonna be beautiful, but we got the fourth floor, which was overlooking a rooftop kind of sucked The staff was absolutely amazing

It's not a five-star resort, but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our stay was wonderful. We felt welcomed throughout our visit and truly enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again.

The staff is amazing. The complimentary coffee available 24/7 is amazing as well. Our room was perfect, we did the 2 double beds with the pull out couch. I love that room and it was my second vacation there with my family. I like to be on the 4th floor or higher for the best beach views. The elevators get a little busy but other than that we love going there.

Hotel has a good restaurant with daily happy hours to enjoy. It lacks the seating and gathering area at the lobby. The location is great and right on the beach and boardwalk. Free parking is bonus and limited on site spot may be available. They have ample offside parking at the next block.

Surf Break is a great property. The staff is helpful, check-in was seamless and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the view from our balcony each morning and evening. The AC was cool and refreshing, bed was comfy and the room was spacious. There are a few dated items/features and the parking situation isn’t perfect but neither should be considered a deal breaker.

Amazing stay! Easy check in and check out process, staff was friendly, professional and helpful, hotel was clean and great location! The room was clean, had fridge, microwave, in the room and chairs and table on balcony. Coffee, tea, cocoa and fruit in lobby. We will definitely be back to this hotel!!
