Ive stayed here a few times before, and the biggest change over time has been the added fees. I prefer booking directly with the hotel than through a booking website, as the savings arent worth dealing with the customer service. The room itself was great, and we booked a high floor to get a great view of downtown. One piece of advice, do not get the city view option. I always forget that river view or lake view is the best option. The city view is nice, but it is obscured by the adjacent building. Also, you can see people in the adjacent building, so they can definitely see you. Regarding fees, resort fees are now fairly standard for many of these types of hotels, and they werent when i first booked with them in 2014. Swissotel is definitely getting your moneys worth for the daily urban experience fee. The location of the hotel is excellent, and most places are within 30 minutes walking distance. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby, so you definitely get your money worth with Swissotel. The shower head points directly towards the door, and the seal on the door does a terrible job of keeping water in the shower. The shower head is not very maneuverable, so the few inches you could move didnt result in less water on the floor.

Kamar-kamar dengan pemandangan danau sangat indah, fasilitas dan perlengkapan hotel juga bagus. Lokasinya dekat dengan Jalan Michigan dan pemandangannya sangat indah di malam hari. Ada dermaga kapal pesiar di seberang hotel, menjadikannya tempat yang bagus untuk bepergian. Ikuti perjalanan perahu di Sungai Chicago.

Kamar yang bagus dengan furnitur berkualitas tinggi. Lokasi tepi danau akan lebih disukai. Staf yang ramah saat check-in atau check-out. Tempat yang sempurna untuk menjelajahi kota dengan berjalan kaki. Tengah tapi masih sepi.

I booked this room through hotwire. The room was clean and the service was efficient. I was placed in an accessible room right next to the elevator bank so the elevators could easily be heard from my room.

I would definitely stay here again in the future. Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff was pleasant. My early arrival was greatly welcomed by yessica at the front desk! Fantastic views of the river and the downtown skyline. The valet service was friendly and efficient.

Checking in with daisy street at the front desk was a breeze, everything about it was flawless. The hotel is in a great location and closes to many restaurants and other attractions on foot. A nice bonus was a vieworiented room with cozy beds!.

The hotel boasts a prime location, situated conveniently close to Millennium square. Its convenience to be able to explore numerous attractions on foot, making it an ideal choice for visitors. The lake view rooms offer a delightful view of lake Michigan and the navy pier.

A highrise in the heart of downtown chicago. There are breathtaking views of lake michigan. The onenight stay was comfortable and reasonably priced, and the customer service was excellent. The room was peaceful and tastefully furnished. Checkout is at 12 noon. Would return to stay here.

This place is definitely worth the money and would recommend it to anyone looking to take great photos of the lake and the chicago river. The room was tastefully decorated and the view was beautiful. Amazing stay, amazing views and service.

The hotel is very nice. The view is beautiful, there are not too expensive parking garages nearby, the room is nice and clean, there is a gym (although they no longer have a pool, the staff are very friendly, and the location is pretty good. I recommend it.

I stayed for a work conference. They were able to accommodate many of us who had to arrive early due to flights and the service was excellent. The location is perfect and close to all the places i enjoy in Chicago. The room is clean and updated. The only complaint and more a suggestion is that the solar effect makes your room very warm. I would recommend closing the blackout curtains before you leave in the morning and turning down the air.

This hotel is the only one of its kind in north america and i can say that this hotel is insanely beautiful. I am very, very happy that i got to spend the weekend here. Everything from my arrival, during my stay, even our check out experience and valet experience was perfect. Every member of the staff was so attentive. To be honest i dont know what the best part of this hotel was, but the views are insane. The room was very large and very clean. The bathroom was very luxurious i spent so much time in the bathtub! I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, or anyone need some me time.

In so many respects, the Swiss are outstanding. A welcoming staff, cozy mattresses, breathtaking views, and management that attends to all of your needs. A special thank you to alan, who has been my anchor on multiple visits! There are also plenty of excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic in every way. I had such a wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing time while attending a conference. I never left the hotel for anything. Everything i needed was there. The restaurant served delicious and delicious food, and i had an amazing view.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room is spacious, clean, and has a view of the lake. The night view is stunning. It is surrounded by qianxi park, riverside, and michigan avenue, saving transportation costs. It is ideal for friends who have a short stay in chinese city and are in a hurry to check in.
