This was our 2nd stay and it was once again delightful. Staff is so nice. Breakfast had some fun extras. The ambiance is so lovely. We loved our room with a bit of view of Mt Rainier. (And the sun was even shining!) We are looking forward to coming again!

The bedroom was smallish but everything was very clean and comfortable. It's an old hotel and you can tell, but not in a bad way. The bathroom was modern and clean. Staff were nice. The breakfast was actually one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. It was still a buffet but there were more hot choices that others have and everything was tasty. I'd stay there again just for that! The location is right next to a train station which is super convenient. But be prepared that particular area of downtown is pretty dead on the weekends and there wasn't much around that was open. I'm not sure I'd be walking around those few blocks by myself at night. All in all, I'd stay there again.

Loved the decor and ambiance, breakfast was delightful and room was very clean. Staff assisted with recommendations for eating and directions. Will definitely stay here again while visiting Seattle.

Service was excellent from all departments...valets, front desk, bar staff, breakfast staff. Hotel is beautiful. Love the bar and hot breakfast. The bar/restaurant was expensive but I don't know if that is just this facility or all over Seattle. The menu could be expanded a bit. Valet parking was great but also expensive.

It’s in a great location - easy access to the subway. Beautiful and clean and large room. The homeless are everywhere around there - but that’s downtown Seattle. Overall it was fantastic and I highly recommend

This is a very nice hotel, in an area of Seattle that is still struggling to rebound from covid. Many closed storefronts and empty lots looking for redevelopment.

From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff was there. The gentleman who helped with our bags to the check-in reception! Gave us a tour of the beautiful Northern Lights Dorm room! The hotel is filled with tons of history. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. The bath is large too. The bartenders in the beautiful, historical bar, were amazing. Thanks to Michael! Very helpful with ideas to see in Seattle and transportation. Great hotel.

What a great hotel! We arrived in Seattle early and the hotel stored our bags so we could go and see the sights. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor which tried to fit the atmosphere of the early 1900’s when the building was originally constructed. Breakfast included and was delicious. Enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar. Room was immaculate. So glad we chose to stay here!

The hotel is an amazing. Very large rooms, very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Very enjoyable experience. Would definitely plan on staying there if ever in Seattle again.
