My room was very clean; good shower with nice towels and wash products; comfortable bed; building was quiet and well situated (if you like Capitol Hill it’s perfect), staff were friendly and helpful. AC was not great—quite loud and on the hot days not particularly effective. But the value is good and I will likely stay there again

Great stay! Staff was nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the space was clean. Perfect for a one night stay. You're also able to use their keycode lockers after check out which was super helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars in the cleanliness area was that old food was left in the mini fridge. Overally, it was great and I'd stay there again!

Easy, clean, well-located, boutique-feel place. The no-contact with staff is convenient and there are cabinets in the hallways with extra essentials you need (towels, cups, iron, etc.) But, if you do need help, there is someone at or near the front desk for most of the day. Steps from the bustling main street of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Short walk to Pike Place, shopping, and other attractions. Rooms are a bit smaller than your standard hotel but the bed was comfortable and it has everything you’d need. Worth a stay if you’re visiting to explore what Seattle has to offer!!

This is a nicely appointed and charming hotel to stay in the heart of Seattle. We were impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the room. It's compact but everything is included in the room. We will definitely return to this location and recommend it to all.

Great Euro style centrally located spot! Best for couples since the rooms are quite cozy. You must be able to navigate stairs as there is no elevator. The lounge on the first floor where I met many interesting guests. Staff were very helpful & kind. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean and smelled nice. No parking but I didn’t have a car so that wasn’t an issue. There is a TON of stuff within walking distance. I appreciated the trash receptacles and water stations in the hallway. My unit was perfect for my 3 night stay. There is no elevator, which was fine for me but something to keep in mind, if you have any mobility issues, try to request a room on a lower floor. There is luggage storage available, and the staff that I passed by in the mornings and evenings were pleasant and greeted me. I would stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality.

Folks … not a knock on the hotel itself but on Expedia. The Expedia app’s chat function does not work properly and the communication with the hotel itself in advance will be screwed up. Just reach out to the hotel directly and they’ll help you out with entrance details and such. Great place to stay when in Capitol Hill and environs. Happy to return !
