Im not sure what the negative reviews are all about i read the information on the website, listen to the friendly staff at check in and all will be fine. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all polite and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with very high ceilings. The location can seem daunting to many, but the subway is literally across the street and you can be in downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a keurig in the room, the beds were firm and clean, and i appreciated the shower being in a separate room from the vanity and toilet. The hotel has a minimalist feel with an artsy feel.5,0/527 Des 2023

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in june 2022. I must admit that i was a little worried after reading some bad comments. But i must say that my stay was wonderful. From the front desk to the houseman, they were very helpful. The property was charming, and i loved the vintage decoration. My only negative review was the front office lady who asked for an extra pillow and her first response was that they didnt have one. And we are not supposed to say no quickly to guests. But as i know how it works, when i went up to the room i saw the houseman in the hallway and asked if he could deliver me a pillow and i have to say he was very helpful. He delivered the pillow with a very good attitude. Unfortunately, i dont know the name of the houseman, but i appreciate it. Apart from that, i will definitely come back to this hotel.4,8/522 Mar 2024

We had a great weekend here and it was facilitated by the very friendly staff. The hotel is right next to the subway. It has many really good restaurants nearby. We checked out later than we should have and they were very kind. Good experience overall.4,8/527 Feb 2024

A cool hotel in queens. A good value if under $120 per night. Positives include a decent gym and spacious rooms. Cons the mattresses are thin and somewhat uncomfortable but not terrible. The gym closes at 10 pm - not many places to see in the surrounding area.4,8/523 Jan 2024

I adore the buildings history. In addition to the fact that light slipped through the drapes sides, i adored the large windows in the corner room we had. Although most hotels dont have that, the bed and pillows were fine. There are many eateries and attractions to explore, including the moving image museum and the movie theater.4,8/515 Jan 2024

The staff at the paper factory hotel were pleasant and very accommodating. The building and rooms had a rustic feel and look which my fiancee loved. We were only there for one night but will definitely try to come back if the occasion calls for it.4,8/59 Jan 2024

I would definitely stay here again. I had a great time! Stayed there over the weekend of 4th of July. Its conveniently located across from the subway, just outside midtown, making it less hectic, yet still conveniently close to the city center. The rooms are pleasant. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that we will definitely consider again in the future. A very different from the typical chain experience. Overall, its a lovely hotel with a great vibe, but the beds would prevent me from staying again. This is a very cute hotel. The location is good, only 10 minutes walk to b&b. They have a great seating area downstairs, inside and out, as well as an amazing gym facility. However, the floors are very creaky and woke up just from the noise of people walking around outside the door and in the room next to us. It seemed like they were rustling through a paper bag in our room. The biggest downside to this hotel, though, is that the beds are so uncomfortable. My neck still hurts two days later. I stayed here on two separate weekends and can honestly say that the beds are bad. The pillows are also cheap, and the bedding is also not good.4,8/528 Jul 2023

We love staying here. Easy subway access, quiet location, clean rooms, cool building and decor. The staff are great, they were able to help us when the 3rd party booking was canceled days before we arrived. Paula and staff were great. The rooms are very clean, but a bit pricey for $250.00. We booked a kingsize bed but it was more like a double or queen. There are no restaurants around so it is very quiet. Nice atmosphere and the staff at the desk was great!.4,6/56 Agt 2024

The staff was pleasant. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. The heat came on, and all we could do was turn it off (no ac option), and it was quite hot overnight. Fun game or tv room. Great patio. Cool place. Great location. Easy to find street parking.4,6/521 Feb 2024

The hotel is spotless and has a distinctive style. If you prefer to sit in one of the bar or restaurant areas, they are currently closed. Requests are handled quickly, and the rooms are kept up nicely. When im in the neighborhood, i always go to the hotel.4,6/512 Feb 2024

Beautiful decor, friendly service and very accommodating! I love the small coffee shop in the lobby. It was perfect for a cup of coffee on the way to find adventure. You are close to several train stations, just a short walk to any of them.4,6/519 Okt 2023

A wellknown hotel with a really cool interior design. Our room is spacious and modern, with a large window offering a pleasant view. There is a restaurant on site that serves until late. The only downside is that the elevator can take a while to arrive.Fasilitas Populer
