Great hotel! The pool and kitchenette with drinks and snacks were really popular with my kid, and the employees were so friendly and helpful. We slept soundly in the very quiet rooms, even during a busy Pride weekend. We'll definitely stay at the Colonnade Back Bay again when we have the chance.

We stayed there for four nights and had a little bit of a bad experience with the room not being clean, but the Manager was great. She moved us before we were unpacked to anotherroom that the first night. The staff at this hotel is Great and very accommodating everyone from the front door guys ,front desk. Housekeeping and the restaurant. The food was very good. We ate breakfast every morning.Everyone was very pleasant . The property was clean. I feel there were things that could be updated in rooms We had an issue with their Comcast,and not being able to get onto Comcast and watch movies or l anything. Hopefully they fix that I guess the Comcast had been down for a while. The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Pillows could be better. They were a little bit musty, but I would definitely stay there again. The location is great also close to the mall area.

We enjoyed our stay! Super friendly front desk and bell staff! Property is very clean, well maintained, and modern. Roof top pool and bar is very nice! Great location in the Back Bay area of Boston. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing day at the colonnade Hotel in Boston in early July 2026 Rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. Hotel itself was very well appointed and well maintained a manicure. The lobby restaurant was well stocked with a great menu fantastic bar, and everyone I encountered at the hotel was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure my day was enjoyable.

Great location - right next to the Prudential T-stop and near restaurants, shops, etc Love the amenities - free bottled water, rooftop swimming pool, etc Only downside was there was an emergency situation in the middle of the night that woke everyone up but clear communications not provided

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The thing I liked the most was parking!! It was so convenient!!! The hotel is also well located and a walkable distance to Fenway. We will definitely stay here again.
