With this location, you are paying for the location. You're right in the center. Walk to everywhere. You're actually on a dock. You are staring out of the room at the lovely boats that have been floating nearby. Im assuming these locations are ancient and have been around for a while. Slanting floors. It looks like an 1800 s place. It's probably a three-star hotel, I'd presume. Everything is very little and cramped. We had two bedrooms and I think we paid about $1500 a night. The interior design felt very basic. The restroom is small. We couldn't fit in it if we were larger. However, these are old places and as such they were built back then, come with a fair expectation. Given a four-star rating because of the location, that is unbeatable!.

This was our second visit. The location is really strategic. Right at the center of everything on Nantucket Harbor. If you enjoy sipping a cocktail and watching the giant boats, this is the place for you. But it is in dire need of maintenance, especially on the exterior.

This place is highly suggested. After careful investigation, my husband and I took our daughter to Nantucket for her 95th birthday. We arrived because of a maintenance issue, and the manager noticed us sitting on the benches outside and quickly rectified the problem by moving us from our studio to a twobedroom cottage that we could immediately settle into. We were unable to check into our room once we arrived because of a cleaning issue. It was a pleasure not to have to worry about any of those small details. We felt at ease because of the massive island and large dining table in the openliving areakitchen. The restroom was also wellstocked with toiletries that were opulent, luxurious robes, and lots of towels. There were separate rooms, as well as huge closets with hangers, a safe, and an ironing board. Very comfortable beds. The deck, where we enjoyed each mornings mornings breakfast, was the finest feature. I'm very pleased with the lodgings and cottages near the Nantucket boat basin. Welldone.
