Our stay was amazing. The hotel is so quaint and welcoming. All the special touches are so personal. Clean and comfortable. We loved the added buzz fan for noise. The complimentary amenities were a bonus. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful little gem! The room was perfect. The staff were delightful. All of the amenities (bikes, beach chairs, beach blankets, sand toys, fire pit) were awesome. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The room was very clean, we loved the breakfast delivered to the door every morning. You could tell the owners put alot of care into the whole place. The bed in the room was super comfortable, however you could feel every single spring in the mattress of the pull out couch. All in all, excellent as long as you dont plan on using the pullout couch

PLUS: Very clean and uncluttered room and property! Charming. Short easy walk to beach. Garden was wonderful. High end bedding, robes, French press coffee. MINUSES: The basket breakfast came after 8:30 and we thought it was subpar in quality. We were told to access after hours help via text/call but no one responded ever.

Wife and I stayed for my birthday weekend. The room was very clean and had everything we might need for the weekend. Abby was exceptionally pleasant and took great care to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is also perfect for visiting both Seaside just south, or Astoria a bit north. We will definitely stay here again.

I just love how quiet and cozy this place at your heart in general is. It's easy to drive to Astoria to go shopping. Go out for a meal. Come back for a nap and less than 20 minutes. Also be in downtown Cannon Beach. You walk a couple of blocks and there's access to a much quieter beach than in Cannon Beach or Long Beach. And as a McMenamin fan, the fact that it's close to the McMenamins restaurant.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I am lucky to do a solo "mom/artist retreat" each year. The space offered a well stocked kitchen for cold foods and separate areas for the activities I wanted to do. You walk in to a gas burning stove (that IS the heat source and attached to thermostat), music and mood lighting. Great welcome! I can see why for some people it would not be ideal with steps, lower bed, smaller kitchen table. But for me it was perfect. Plus I loved the aesthetic. Wish there a very brief PRINTED overview of rules/expectations. I.E. How to turn down heat, when breakfast comes, how to request items, etc. The one big thing I really missed was a bath tub or soaking tub. That would have made the trip complete.
