First of all, I thought nola was a filthy place. Our hotel, though, was spotless. There was no dust or sticky matter. It was a haven to return to after being in the city all day. I want to thank the cleaning staff for keeping things tidy, it was not a simple task, but it was a major difference. The hotel is lovely, and has so much character that it perfectly complements the nola vibe. Although it is a Wyatt hotel, you wouldn't know it isn't a local boutique hotel. Our room was enormous, with probably 16 ceilings and had gorgeous decor. The bathroom was spacious and everything was spotless. There were several pillow choices and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal because you're not in the middle of all the noisemakerspeople. You can walk to a trolley stop and explore New Orleans. The employees are fantastic, they are kind, upbeat, and helpful. Our host helped us choose the best ride to the airport early in the morning, and even scheduled a cab for us. My only suggestion is to take the stairs, as the elevators were a little annoying.

Cool hotel with great indoor and outdoor seating adjacent to the bar. The rooms are huge. Lots of character in the hotel and the great location. Only a block from canal and poydras with lots of restaurant options.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had a great experience there. But this trip was different. I made a reservation nearly a month in advance, and we confirmed it the morning of the trip I was traveling. I made an ada compliant reservation, and I paid a fair amount for it. When we arrived, the room I had reserved had been given to another guest. I was offered a different room, which was actually cat hair and kibble on the floor. I moved rooms once more in hopes that the situation could be resolved the following day. No such luck. Strike 1. We were returned to our original room, which was cleaned by that point. We met up with other family members for a trip to the wwe museum and called for our car. We waited about 30 minutes only to learn that the message never came from the front desk to the valet. The car was to be brought home in another 15 minutes. Strike 2. We returned late this evening to discover that our room had a very loud vibration and noise. They were aware of the problem, but they could not change it. The elizajane should have a star in the wyatt cap, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. We are still working on getting a bill adjustment based on what we got rather than what we reserved and paid for

I will return. Amazing property, lavish decor, delicious brunch, and an expert bartender! I loved the stunning furnishings and great architecture of the structure! The exposed beams were amazing! The service was very pleasant and helpful from all!
