Beautiful views from the rooms with a balcony. Room was clean and shower was nice. Very close to Moonlight Beach and a bunch of shops and food. Ample covered parking in garage. Pool and Jacuzzi nice. Felt safe. Breakfast was just OK. They claim to have waffles but did not. The entrance from the main road is no left turn, no uturn which was a little goofy at first. The streets in Encinitas had just been paved and weird aluminum reflectors instead of lines on the road. Overall, excellent stay. Good for families.

We went to Encinitas for a family vacation, and to our surprise, it turned out to be such a wonderful place to stay. The small, enclosed pool and hot tub were excellent and created a cozy atmosphere. It felt more like a small family gathering than a typical hotel, which we really enjoyed. Parking was super convenient, with plenty of spaces available. Breakfast was great, and the location was close to everything we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the TVs in the rooms - they’re quite basic. Since we were traveling with kids, having a more modern TV with updated features would have made relaxing in the room much more enjoyable.

Really enjoy being close to Moonlight Beach. Lazy Market natural foods, and lotus cafe... Great place for kids, we don't have any little ones. A usual stop heading to N. CA.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great, close to the beach and main part of town. It’s refreshing to come across a hotel that doesn’t charge a ridiculous amount for parking and wifi. The room I had was large with a kitchenette, living room area and separate bedroom area.

This clean, beach-close hotel was an absolute delight. The location is perfect if you want easy access to the shore, and the hotel itself is spotless and well kept. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out—everyone was super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The cleaning team was also amazing: professional, thorough, and clearly take pride in keeping everything in great shape. The only downfall was getting to the beach—there’s a steep dirt trail that can feel challenging, especially if you’re traveling with bags or have someone with a torn ACL in your party (lol). But overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely come back for the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service.

It is so nice to stay so close to the beach. The hot tub was not hot enough for me and the towel services the pool seemed to end in the evening, but I’ve had that happen at fancy resorts too. There is a short cut to Encinitas blvd but be prepared for a hike. Totally worth it. Wish they had steps.
