Terrific property ! Besides the power being out when we got there, which was beyond their control, this was an excellent, modern and immaculate property. If I could make one suggestion, I would install a microwave in each room. Again, it's a terrific place to lodge.

Surprisingly nice, new and well kept! The rooms are spacious and the overall vibe works nicely. Small single story property with big rooms! Parking in front of rooms. Across the street yields plenty of good food/coffee/shopping options. Conveniently located to highway. Staff members were professional and nice!

The Evergreen is a jewel. Small, modern, comfy and overall clean. We especially appreciated the quietness. Our bed was comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast but our room had a Nespresso machine and the lobby has one also, as well as a flavored water machine. There is also a Peet’s coffee shop right by them. On the negative side, we did have trouble navigating to and from I think because of their location or perhaps because we aren’t familiar with the San Francisco area. The shower temperature was hard to control. It took a long time to get hot and then I couldn’t get it cool enough to step into without lots of playing around with the faucet. There were cobwebs on the bathroom’s ceiling and the bathroom vent was quite dusty so I took off a star for cleanliness, but really it was spotless otherwise. We also wish the room had a microwave especially since they didn’t offer breakfast. Overall all though, the place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if we journey that way.

This place has been recently remodeled, the room was really clean, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Recent modern hotel with well appointed room. Bed was comfortable and linens were inviting. I have never been in a hotel that had a Nespresso machine in the room, but there it is! Worth a return trip to this quite place to stay

This is a no frills motel. It’s very nice, upgraded, and clean. The bed is very comfortable. This is a great place to stay to sleep. There are really no extras(pool, restaurant, bar etc) but it’s very nice

This is my second stay and I really do love it here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are well decorated and comfortable. The parking is good and area is quiet plus nearby a wonderful shopping center. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is a cute, renovated motel-style property with a clean, comfortable room. It's definitely "no frills" (like milk for your coffee or a microwave) but it was easy to book & check in, the beds were comfortable, the shower was piping hot, and the location is great for a lot of Marin County activities.

Was a very nice, modern and clean hotel/motel. Served its purpose, is a really nice alternative and WAY reasonable compared to the other local options for the night at least when we were in town. Would recommend.
