Absolutely loved this place. We were on a 7 day trip through PNW and stayed at a different hotel each night, this was by far the cleanest. The self check in was a plus for us and super easy. It was very convenient because we didn’t have to waste any time at the front desk, we just went straight to the room (it helps a lot when you are tired from the road ) After booking, they sent me thru Expedia app my room number, the code to my room and the code to front entrance. Loved it

The check in went smoothly. One thing to note is that there is limited staff so they are not always on site. But a quick call can get someone there quickly. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We were comfortable, I like having the code for the room so no room key to carry. The free continental breakfast is very sparse as breakfasts go (cereal, bagels, some packaged hard cooked eggs (cold), a bit of fruit, and some packaged pastries. There was some milk for the cereal and some juice available. For someone with Diabetes, the eggs and cereal fit just fine for me. But there are local options for food should one not want to utilize the free stuff. They did have microwave popcorn packets available and a microwave and small fridge in our room. The location is easy to get to and parking was nice right out front. The room had hardwood floor (no carpet) and a big screen tv with Direct TV feed. The one not so good thing was that the shower was handicapped accessible but the shower curtain did not keep the water in so our bathroom did get flooded a bit when trying to use the shower. The room cleaning lady said they had changed the shower curtain recently and it wasn't as good as it was prior to replacement. I would hope they would fix that problem. I do recommend staying there as it was reasonable and we will probably stay there again when we next travel to Long Beach.

The staff was amazing! The hotel is cute, clean, has an awesome outside area for dogs and people with games and seating. The continental breakfast was basic but fresh and the 24 hour coffee bar was perfect. We will be back!

Absolutely the best hotel stay experience. The pet fee was very reasonable; to my surprise no breed/size restriction. Asked if we needed pet amenities like food or water bowl or pet bed. Check in was fast and very thorough. The pet area very clean and well fenced and properly supplied. Wish the saloon stayed open a little later. The room was very sizable, very clean with very comfortable beds and a very modern TV with just about any streaming services you could ask for. Overall 10 out of 10. Staff was amazing. Definitely will be staying here again.

Staff was great! Kids and i went to Fireside bar for dinner where the bartender was amazingly helpful with food fast servive and enlightening stories! Room was clean well stocked and fire place was warm after fun on the rainy beach and even changed color for flames. Definitely recommend fireside for your next stay.
