Overall, my stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the service exceeded my expectations. The only areas for improvement were the internet access, which was poor in the guest rooms, and the lack of a mini-refrigerator. Providing more reliable Wi-Fi and including at least a mini fridge in each room would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I would gladly stay here again.

We found this to be a great place to stay, so close to our Broadway shows. We were located right above a fire station, but it didn’t bother us.

The house keeping staff.was friendly and nice. The furniture was dated and in need of updating the desk need repair draw unit off track. Walls could be painted paint chip.

After reading reviews and dreading my stay I was somewhat surprised by the hotel and stay. We were staying for 12 nights and arrived at 2am in the morning due to a change in our flight, I had previously emailed the hotel due to this change and arriving early hours of the morning, had a response within a couple of days. On arrival we were checked in quickly and the receptionist was apologetic that he had to take so much taxes due to the length of stay, but I booked via Hotels.com and this was made aware when I booked so it wasn’t a surprise to me! On going to the room all 3 lifts were working fine (did notice throughout the stay one lift was sometimes out of use but not broke just being used by the cleaners to transport bedding which is fair enough!) The corridor carpets and walls were a little tired but doesn’t make it a bad hotel, just needs a lick of paint but doesn’t affect your stay! We had a king size deluxe room on 13th floor, the room and bathroom are not huge but we knew the size of it by the website, and it all worked perfectly fine! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on and the aircon…it was freezing just what we needed in a heatwave! There was a wall wardrobe (tiny) iron and a chest of drawers but we lived out of a suitcase! There was no bedside lights just holes again a minor imperfection didn’t disrupt the holiday! The best bonus was having ice and water machine on various floors, the location was amazing and I would definitely stay there again!

Great pricing, hotel/elevators/rooms were clean and staff were nice. Sunny at the concierge was so kind, so helpful and a pleasure to keep up with everyday. Additionally, everyone was very accommodation to my seizure response dog. Will return again !
