Charming feel. Pleasant grounds. Love having the kitchen and the combo washer/dryer right in my room. Located on a lovely tree-lined street. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean. Some of the fit and finish is lacking where they installed the kitchen and bathroom amenities, but it hardly matters.

This place was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable and almost at home. We did have e an issue with the Roku not being set up but staff was great getting all the info we needed and getting it all set up. On our last night the host even moved her car for us to take her spot because the lot was full. Will definitely book again.

Amazing! Super friendly staff. Easy walking distance to everything. (Food, train and The lake) Quiet location. Chicago without being "CHICAGO" Definitely going to return.

The staff was courteous and kind as soon as we walked in. Due to an air conditioning issue (that they were aware of before we got there) they upgraded our room. The layout was practical and the room itself was clean. There is a free breakfast included and it was delicious. I would stay there again!

I like the bed. It's firm and comfortable. The dinning room is beautiful, but the breakfast is bad except the fresh fruit.

We loved everything about this property...the room, the amenities, the food, the location, the free parking. It was like a little home away from home. The separate bedroom with a door was a nice feature. The kitchenette was everything we needed and more. The only thing it lacked was a full-length mirror, which we found by scooting out the refrigerator. Problem solved! The staff was courteous and efficient. The manager even stopped by our table during breakfast. I would stayh again in a heartbeat! Five stars!

Excellent location and stay. Highly recommend the restaurant - great breakfast and menu for lunch or dinner. Super helpful staff. Used the business room and had lunch delivered to it from the restaurant. Restaurant also prepared something for me to take out. Would stay there again!

This property is quaint, clean, safe, has friendly staff, useful amenities, and an amazing breakfast included! We stayed as a family of four and loved every moment. There is also free parking for hotel guests! We walked a couple minutes to the train to get to the Cubs game at Wrigley Field— it was super convenient and easy. The neighborhood is a safe, university district, and I will stay here again. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and convenient Chicago stay , even though it’s in Evanston.

Great spot, with character. Clean and inviting rooms with useful amenities. And very well-located for easy access to the L, Metra, and of course downtown Evanston.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service both at the front desk and in the restaurant was excellent!
