We had a wonderful stay at the Gillette! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful place to unwind. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will absolutely be back. We highly recommend the Gillette to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable experience!

Very clean hotel. Close to everything Gatlingburg has to offer. A little outdated, but very clean and cozy. The balcony facing the main road was a big plus. Parking was included and very close and secure. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again.

It is an older hotel, however our room had been renovated and was very clean. The people that work there are their greatest assets. We were in town for the Bootleggers tournament and I lost my room card. They replaced it without any issues. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the Gatlinburg Convention Center. We will stay there again.
