Charming, historic building with comfortable inviting public spaces. Great hot buffet breakfast. Comfortable but softer bedding. Bathroom could have more counter space. Great location for art museum and botanical gardens.

This is the perfect place to stay in beautiful landscaped area and surroundings. The following are less than a half-mile away: exquisite French restaurant, botanical gardens, Cleveland Museum of Art, free summer music concert in a big open field. Breakfast is scrumptious and has everything you could want including freshly made scones and eggs!

Charming, Cozy and Clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Glidden House. The hotel is charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, with so much character. The location felt very safe and was perfect for our visit to Cleveland. The breakfast was excellent, and what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was phenomenal—from the front entrance team to the bar staff and breakfast service. A special thank you to James, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed chatting with him and appreciated the personal touch he brought to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Glidden House was nostalgic and more quaint than large hotels. The breakfast was very good. A nice variety. So many things to see are in walking distance. The fantastic restaurants of Little Italy were very close. The location was perfect. Even if you’re there for a visit to Cleveland Clinic, this makes the trip better. Parking was so easy and less expensive. The staff was professional and kind. I will stay there again.

The Gliden House is a unique property in Cleveland. I wish we had more time there, but were only passing through. The staff were all helpful and kind. Great location near museums and restaurants, and an easy walk to the RTA train into downtown Cleveland. We'll definitely return for more than one night!

Great hot and delicious breakfast, plenty to choose from. Staff very attentive. 10 minutes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and right in the hub of Case Western University! Walkable to Little Italy. Great historic vibe. We had a doorman which is such a nice touch. Room and building air conditioning worked great! It was 90° outside! Would stay again!

Stopped in Cleveland on a road trip and stayed a night at the Glidden House. This place is so charming! Our favorite stay in Cleveland! We spent many nights in various rooms over four years while our son attended Case Western. You can't beat the location. This is a small boutique hotel with wonderful character and the staff was always wonderful and helpful. Their breakfasts always delicious and the setting superb. We will miss this place!
