Very helpful staff, from the valet guys to check in. Room was not ready as we were early, once ready bags were placed in our room. Great restaurant and bar, love the location.

The LOCATION of the property was superior and allowed us to experience so much of Eugene prime locations within walking distance from our front door. The FOOD options were fantastic. Rooms were quiet. The Gordon lived up to it's 5 star rating!!

Love they give you a beer and snacks upon arrival if you’d like. Also, had a great dinner on the roof and a wonderful omelette for breakfast. Great location and cool decor.

Hotel was clean, great AC for the heatwave and our room was a triple and large for a Hotel in Rome. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for a drink or light dinner. Centrally located to everything.

This lovely boutique style hotel exceeded my expectations! The airport shuttle service was my first point of contact and I was glad he was waiting after midnight for me. The room was beautiful, clean, great view of downtown area. The bed was super comfortable with good quality linens. The staff is top notch! Always friendly greetings and inquiring about my stay. Breakfast ordered in was very good! I would definitely recommend and return here again. Thank you for making my stay exceptional!

The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in and were greeted with a free beverage! The location was great as it was in close proximity to the train station, and the beautiful 5th street market was right outside the door! The room itself was very clean with a great view of downtown. We didn’t get a chance to check out the bar/restaurant but maybe next time!

What a lovely stay! Brightly decorated modern hotel. They’ve thought of everything for your comfort and convenience. The complimentary glass of wine or beer upon check-in is a nice touch, too. The location is just perfect. We enjoyed the shops down below and also walking to Provisions for delicious coffee and pastries in the morning. 10/10 We will stay again!

Walkable area near shops, bars & restaurants. Comfy bed and good water pressure. Friendly staff. Only valet parking but reasonably priced. Would stay again.
