Ive stayed at the greenwich hotel about a dozen times. Service is generally excellent. There are generally wellknown people staying here, but you are not one of them from a large number of the staff. I dont like that, and i assume nobody does. But it just means that you will be receiving excellent service with a little tude from someone whose facial expression suggests they are put out to talk to one of the proles. The location is only fine. If you have meetings at goldman or kensington or citi, excellent. If you have meetings in midtown and want to take the subway. Meh. The rooms are excellent. They perfectly capture the essence of a boutique hotel. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are wellappointed. The sitting area and living room were almost spacious. Room service is fine. However, if you dont go out for dinner in this neighborhood, you are making a mistake. Even if you are traveling alone and visiting on business. I would say you are asking the incorrect question about room service. Request a recommendation from a restaurant. The gym is nice and larger than youd expect. The spa is fantastic. One of my favorite spas in the world. The atmosphere is unique and takes you to a different location, away from the stress and chaos of whatever brought you to the Big apple. The service is excellent. My only complaint is that there are no 120minute massage options. Some spas say that it takes too long for the therapist. But other spas therapists seem to survive. I believe that charging the same price for a 100minute massage as other spas charge for a 120minute massage makes more money. In the end, i still pay it despite the shenanigans.

This is the best hotel in nyc, unless you want to overpay and enjoy pretentiousness. It is very expensive, but worth it for a special occasion. Celebrities are usually seen in the courtyard where mixologists create works of art exclusively for hotel guests. Extra touches like handmade local soap and the wonderful smell of the whole place make it overthetop.

The room has beautiful antique wooden and copper furniture. Its personal, much warmer and welcoming than your typical hotel room. The marble deep bathtub fills in 60 seconds i love it. When going to the spas beautiful pool, make sure you wear one of their yukata robes. Finally, we spent a lot of time by the fireplace in their private lounge. Its decor, its atmosphere, its dim light, it is de Niro's paintings, and it whispers crowds. you are in a movie, a great movie.

The food is delicious, the hotel rooms are beautiful, and the service is amazing. The spa is also amazing. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Its my happy place. Cant wait to return.

This hotel deserves six stars because of its fantastic location. Excellent hotel and staff. The rooms are lovely, spotless, and charming. It wasnt my first visit, and i was curious about what would happen in the postpandemic period. Just as before, fantastic!.

I always enjoy my stay at the greenwich. The staff and accommodations are all 5 star. The rooms are all unique and i love the courtyard view rooms. I also request a room with a soaking tub as a great way to end a long day of sightseeing.

I had the pleasure of taking photos at this hotel for a wedding, and i must say that the style and elegance of it are truly breathtaking! There is a great deal of charm, and the hotel offers great locations for photo opportunities both inside and outside the garden. I would love to shoot here again!.

My favorite hotel in new york city is the greenwich hotel. The restaurant, locanda verde, is excellent, serving the best shrimp salad and capuccino ever! The rooms are cozy and quiet, with small, perfect balconies, and the icing on top of each room is a basket of candy. I am obsessed with the spa, a warm, relaxing oasis with the most beautiful indoor pool a Japanese bathhouse. This hotel is chic and zen, and the staff is friendly. If i could live here, i would.

My wife and i spent the weekend at the greenwich and had a great time. The service was great, some of the best ive experienced in new york. The hotel itself was comfortable and our room was great. Some of the design is a bit outdated, especially in the bedroom, but overall i have nothing but great things to say about the greenwich.

I loved it, but would i stay here again? Not sure. My husband and i are in our 30 s and stayed here in august 2020 during covid. We loved the hotel, the atmosphere, the safety measures and i loved eating in the garden! My only reason to question staying here again is the beds. Despite having a cushion on top they werent comfortable and we slept poorly. Otherwise we loved everything about this place and are happy we finally stayed here.

One of the only hotels where i really like the courtyard view rooms. Relaxed, understated, luxury vibe throughout. Hats off to the great staff. It would be even better if the menu had more vegetarian and vegan options and the kitchen was more willing to work with guests to, for example, add vegetables to pasta dishes. Robert de Niros father was a worldclass artist. How lucky for guests that so many great works hang in the common rooms.

The greenwich hotel is fantastic. You can not only receive special offers as a member of their loyalty program, but you also receive complimentary wifi and a complimentary beverage. I also like the online checkin process, where your key will be waiting for you at guest services. Here, we spent the weekend. The property is in a great location, close to everything. The doorman is very helpful to visitors for directions, and the concierge is friendly. The kingsize bed was really comfortable, i got some extra pillows, the bathroom was nice and spacious, with all the toiletries you need, a hair dryer, and a phone in case of emergency? The next time i visit town, i will most definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, but i think it was overpriced. This review is for the hotel spa, shibui, located in the basement. After checking in, you are directed to the locker rooms where you can change, robe up, and optionally shower. The lockers are a bit worn down, and the actual room is quite small with only one bathroom. There are two showers, one is a rain shower and the other is similar but has steam as well. I did both and highly recommend the steam shower, both before and after your treatment. The waiting area is nice and next to a mediumsized pool that was quite cold but felt good after the massage. Tea, water, nuts, dried apricots, and apples are provided while you wait. The massage was very nice, although you could get something just as good for almost half the price elsewhere.

The hotel is cozy and located in a great neighborhood. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they love what they do. They go out of their way to accommodate you. 5star luxury service. The pool and spa are a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city walking distance from the world trade center and memorial.

For our ten year anniversary, we had an amazing stay at the greenwich hotel. Everything was carefully considered and made us feel special - candy, snacks, drinks, and champagne in our hotel room. Wonderful neighborhood of ms nyc with many things to see and do in the tribeca neighborhood.
