The hotel is completely remodeled and it is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and the glass of wine a check in is a nice touch! The beds were very comfortable and the view of the Astoria bridge and the river is stunning! 10/10!

Amazing views and super friendly staff! The sunset from the hot tub was spectacular!! It’s still a developing property, but what is already there made it a very enjoyable place to spend a couple of nights in the Astoria area.

Stayed during construction. Didn't mind it at all. Staff was great at check-in and check-out. Great views of the river and super relaxed environment overall. I’d travel to Astoria again just to sit and soak the view in and explore the area from here. The room itself was super clean, great renovated finishes and welcoming.

When this room was booked it was the Astoria Crest Hotel, when I arrived it was The Herondale Hotel. They did not have my reservation from Expedia and the person at the "desk" was a little befuddled. The property is still under construction. Having said that, the room #123, was beautiful and well appointed.

Combination of room and view were terrific. Hotel was in construction and transition phase mid June so some amenities such as tv and hot tub were temporarily unavailable for all or most part. Check status of amenities with hotel when you reserve.

Obviously being renovated. However, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was available. The view was incredible!

The personal touches were adorable including a hand written note sealed so cute, rooms are renovated with very nice products, well-thought-out design, & stunning bathrooms.

Not walkable but the view and the hot tub make it my fave little hotel. Nice little refresh going on at the moment, but the construction wasn’t disruptive. Sadly the nightly rate has gone up too much for me to justify my annual stay here. Lovely hotel if you’re travelling through regardless. Would recommend, but will not likely return due to cost.

Nice view but some simple amenities have been overlooked. Adding lamps that have charging outlets next to the bed would have been a hugely convenient amenity. I, like many people, use my phone’s alarm clock but having to search the room and move the bed from the wall to plug my phone in was a pain. Overall nice stay but it always the little things when you’re already not in the comforts of your own home.

We had stayed here twice before and had enjoyed our stay each time. The room was clean and the staff friendly. As always, the view of the river and ship activity is fantastic. They are doing some remodeling right now so there is no hot breakfast available for awhile. We will stay again this summer.
