This is a beautiful, quaint, relaxing historic inn. I loved every minute but just happened to have arrived with a bum ankle so the steps were a bit of a struggle.

I love early mornings at the Summit Inn. With a hot cup of coffee, I love to sit in an old wooden rocker in front of the fire and meet new friends from all over.

The Summit Inn is a historical hotel and it is very apparent but that is the charm of this location. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. Food was delicious and drinks were reasonably priced! We will be staying again in the near future!

Stayed one night for social event at nearby Fallingwater. I last stayed here with my parents in 1958 when I was 7 years old. Lobby and its decor haven't changed. Many more kids than when I was one of very few back then, even in summer.

A very pleasant stay. Room was clean and restaurant was very good. Ate outside on the veranda. Have both an indoor and outside pool and an outdoor hot tub. No elevators, so if you cannot climb stairs, that would be an issue.

The hotel was built in 1904 so it is of that vintage and decor. But it has been maintained very well. The lobby is open and spacious and the veranda for dinner was exceptional with a view from the mountain top. The service was excellent. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!
