This place is not recommended. This place is located on the left side of the inn. I stayed in the guest house for the weekend with 12 guests. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Upstairs are a lot of rooms, 3 for couples, and 2 of those rooms share a bathroom. The main bedroom is huge, with a king bed and 3 single beds. There is also a cot in the hallway. The main bedroom has a large bathroom. The kitchendining area is large. Perfect for family dinner. There is a hot tub on the balcony off the living room, but it is also shared with the next side of the inn. Also, a common area is located between the two sides. This includes a pool table, air hockey, and no shower in the bathroom. The pool table is missing balls, and the sticks are broken, but overall it was pleasant. The biggest complaint we had was the oven. It did not heat up properly. We tried to bake cookies, usually, it took 375 minutes. It took 1 hour at 450 degrees. It's only about a minute drive to the middle of downtown Dover, which has a few restaurants. Would rent again, but hoped the stove oven was repaired.

I really love this place every year. My friend and I come here every year. There are so many things to do on the grounds such as rec rooms, exercise equipment and sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool seasonal, lounge area, large living room to hang out with other guests and bar. It's an amazing place. I can't comment on food since we take over the entire place and cook in their commercially equipped kitchen, which is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and dishes. The place can be divided into two homes, one with four bedrooms on the home side with its own living room and kitchen, if you have a smaller group.

I was there for an event at the station and it was close. We want to book it again for the next year and bring more people. The inn is very quaint and clean. The staff at the inn are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and cooked our own breakfast. There is a full kitchen and dining table. I am looking forward to returning.

This place is where to start. We arrived with a group of 8 people and stayed at the guest house. The home was clean, the sheets and bed were comfortable and fresh, the pool was perfect and the hot tub and fire pit were just the icing on the cake. Everything was a more than comfortable experience and we really looking forward to spending more time soaking up the sun on giant floaties in the pool. We deal with a small issue with other guests at the inn and Martin, the host, came to the rescue and made our stay perfect. Also, my father had the opportunity to pick mushrooms in the forest for the first time in a long time. Surprised mushroom picking was an experience we will never forget, almost in the back of the lovely property. thank you.

This place is so beautiful. We have a wonderful time here. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
