The warmth and charm of a bed and breakfast but convenience of a regular hotel. Spacious room that is maintained beautifully. Warm breakfast included is made to order. No gross buffet with powdered eggs here! Scrambled eggs with cheese, chives and spinach with bacon or blueberry pancakes one day, and French toast or some type of egg soufflé thing the second day. Plenty of hot coffee and choice of teas available 24/7 as far as I could tell. The fresh muffins were also delicious! Large freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and/or brownies at night! This hotel is Walking distance (about .3 miles) to everything in Bar Harbor, restaurants, shopping and the seaside walking path, but just far enough away that it is quiet at night. No bars with loud music near here! Short drive to Acadia National Park. I would absolutely return and highly recommend!

This inn was so charming. The room was decorated in a nautical theme. I loved the hot made to order breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and the cute patio to sit on. It was also a great location - very easy to walk downtown.

Breakfast made to order fresh every morning. A nice baked snack set out every evening. Clean friendly staff always helpful with any questions you have about the area. Well lite room especially by the sink area. All areas welcoming with personal touches. Great place to stay

Had a great visit at the inn. The breakfast was cooked to order and we did take advantage of laundry. While doing laundry we enjoyed the pool table and lounge located next to laundry. Grounds were very pretty. Would definitely stay again.

This place was exactly what we needed visiting the area. It is walkable to the downtown area and 15 minutes away from Acadia National Park. The staff was super nice and the breakfast provided was phenomenal.

Es war ein Parkplatz inklusive. Das Frühstück war amerikanisch, wurde on demand zubereitet (2 Essen zur Auswahl) und für uns ausreichend. Es gab auch etwas Obst. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche gegen ein geringes Entgelt zu waschen. Die ganze Unterkunft war mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Our stay at the Inn in Mount Desert was so pleasant! The facility was lovely, the staff very friendly, its location to downtown was so convenient, and the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We enjoyed some coffee(which is always available) and a cookie in the sitting area by the fireplace on a blustery day in Bar Harbor. We would highly recommend this place!

This was a truly lovely property with unique and cozy furniture and decor. Very homey and not cookie cutter typical hotel decor. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing with table service. It’s walking distance to the shopping area. Highly recommend.

This property is absolutely wonderful. It's located in a great location, with the center of Bar Harbor shopping and dining no more than an easy 10 minute talk. They have modern up to date rooms. Nice breakfast which offers 2 different made to order options each day, with regular continental fare included. My only issue was 2 very noisy young girls, which were running around on our floor and slamming the stairway door for what seemed like hours on end. We were in town for a wedding. Although bothersome we just caulked it up to some entitled person's bad parenting skills.
