The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking. So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the difference for the extra unannounced and unexpected hoops we needed to hop thru... Bottom line: IRIS gets a solid 10; Expedia a shaky 1...

Very convenient location near to highways, downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Easy access and parking. As a woman traveling alone, I was comfortable with the surroundings.

Great price for Nashville, contactless hotel with room keyhole check in, comfy bed, clean bathroom. No frills, but near Belmont University and Fisher Performing Arts Center for concerts and theater events.

We stayed here with our kids on a trip to watch the MLS game at Geodis Park. We were able to walk safely to and from the park, which was our primary goal in booking the hotel. The room was low frills but had everything we needed and made great use of space. The mattresses were a bit overly firm, but overall it was a great experience with a great bang for our buck. I am typically a bit of a hotel snob and wasn’t sure how this would turn out but I have no regrets and would absolutely stay here again. The area was safe and had great proximity to restaurants. Check in was a breeze, I had no issues.

The room was great and the best thing was that the beds were of a normal height. Mom was with me, she is over 70 and always has a really hard time getting into and out of beds at hotels because they are so high and was thrilled to see that she could actually go sit on and get in the bed without struggling. Made her smile.

Easy contactless check in. I felt safe as a single woman staying here after flying in late to Nashville. The place was spotless and I was able to get late check out. I would definitely stay here again.
