Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dinner and martinis on the roof was delicious - our waitress was amazing, but others (maître d’, and one server) weren’t as friendly or as service oriented. Facilities were very good - the rain shower was a highlight after a long day of walking, the room was dark and quiet. Great location on Times Square. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

First time staying at the Knickerbocker in NYC. Great location.Walk out front doors right into Time Square. Breakfast at The Palmer worth the extra $. Loved: 1st evening turn down with slippers beside bed. Vouchers for St Cloud rooftop lounge( best views in NYC) 5pm Martini cart. Only negative was Room Service was not available, not sure why, nobody answered the phone. Called multiple times. ( Monday 4/13 5-6 pm)

I could not have been more impressed with this property! From the concierge, Eric, who I first met and the bellman Tony, to J, who heads up the concierge and Paolo at the front desk… all amazing and honestly can’t wait to go back. The rooftop wasn’t in full bloom and I can’t wait to return for that! While it’s in the heart of Times Square, it’s also super convenient. Turning right puts you at Bryant Park, the Public Library, and Grand Central, turning left is Broadway and always the heart of Times Square. The subway and theatre district couldn’t be more convenient. There’s also a CVS a block away (take the side door on Broadway to shave the corner off. And don’t miss the “door to nowhere” down in the subway at Broadway/42nd! The room was amazing! Loved being on an alley since I was a little concerned about the noise level and didn’t care about the view. Super dark with the blackout shades and other than inconsiderate guests slamming doors, super quiet. Great shower/water pressure, plenty of storage/closet/shelf space and loved having a mini fridge (would have liked a Keurig so I could make coffee/tea though). The super convenient lighting with the all on/off and levels was great too, though one time while in the bathroom every light shut off, still not sure why lol. Little thrown off by the reviews (and friends who have had issues) about the vape detectors in the rooms picking up other things, but confirmed before leaving the property that there was no issue.

Fabulous heritage hotel with modern makeover. Perfectly located in Times Square right by near a subway stop. Slightly noisy but that’s what I’d expect given the location right in the middle of the action. From check in to leaving we were treated so well. And the rooftop bar is a great stop. Really happy and highly recommend.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Set right in the heart of Times Square it is easy to get everywhere in the city. Rooms are spacious extremely quiet and really comfortable beds. They are spotlessly clean and comfortable after a full day of sightseeing. The bars are relaxed and the staff are all so helpful and polite. The hotel also smells gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again, worth every penny.

Vi bodde på detta hotell i nio dagar, jag och min sambo. Hotellet ligger i ett perfekt läge, är lagom stort och har rymliga rum. Det var väldigt rent och städades två gånger per dag. Sängarna var mycket sköna och personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi bodde högst upp, vilket gjorde att det var lugnt och skönt – inget ljud från Time Square hördes. Hotellet har även en mycket fin restaurang med bra mat. Frukosten är dock alldeles för dyr i förhållande till vad man får för pengarna.
