Excellent new property. Great facilities. Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with ac and it was resolved immediately. Plenty of space to spread out, pool, lake, lawn, balcony. Only recommendation I would have is it seems that if restaurant staff doesn’t seat you on balcony, they don’t recognize you for drinks or apps. Helpful hint, if you want to wander off site, Winnisquam Country Store has a great great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and grab and go.

The property was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and spotless throughout. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. It was clear that great attention is given to both the appearance and upkeep of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Absolutely stunning property! The only small hiccups were that there wasn’t someone actually stationed at the front desk at all times. Anytime I passed or went up to it, they were doing other things (work related like down at the door or elevator) that took them away from it. So I would stand around looking like hello anyone here? I know this is their first summer open, we went to the pool and at around 4pm is when they finally staffed it for drinks and food. I think for the summer time, there should always be someone staffed regardless if it’s a weekend or not. Everything was very clean, very quiet and more adults around than kids.

Aaron at Registration was extremely welcoming, friendly, and very kind. It is so important to have someone like Aaron at the front desk, it truly sets the tone for the entire stay and experience.

This resort is amazing! The staff are unbelievably trained in service. The property is gorgeous with all kinds of amenities. We went to dinner the night before we checked in and it was simply outstanding with a few of the sunset over the lake to top it off. We have already booked our next day for September

Overall property is beautiful but food options are extremely limited and getting even a drink at bar was a nightmare wait. Overall not worth the price for what you get.
