Friendly, warm, inviting hotel. During fishing season the front desk gets VERY busy with fishermen and their gear. Which I understand, but be aware so you are not caught unaware. Attached restaurant is very nice. Free shuttle service is helpful. Directly across street from inter island ferries. Just down street from airport ferries. Again, call for shuttle. Ours was a quick turnaround. In for one night- transfer to ferry for Craig, Alaska, Prince of wales island.

Great stay, right by the ferry terminal. Staff were very helpful. Drivers were great and helpful with pick up and drop offs. Restaurants were great, staff were wonderful with my 6 year old and his desires for plain food, they made fish especially for him with “none of the extras”, plus a side of ketchup.

The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the amenities were fine. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrobes instead of just one, but we got by ok. We ate in both the pub and diner and had really good food and service in both places. We enjoyed our overnight stop in beautiful Ketchikan very much! The trick to enjoying coastal Alaska (like anywhere worth seeing) is to not look too closely at prices.

I was delayed in Ketchikan for one night on a flight that was cancelled in Ketchikan due to fog in my desired destination. I booked my room on the app while I was still on the plane. When I got across from the airport on the ferry there was a shuttle that picked me and a number of other passengers up. It was past the hour when the shuttle usually ran, but the driver was willing to stay late to take 3 groups of passengers to the hotel. I was thrilled that I got a wonderful king suit with a gas fireplace and comfortable bed. The bar had food and drinks and didn’t close until 11pm. I even received a discount on my breakfast the next morning. The only thing that I had to be disappointed in was that I asked for a wake up call that never came. I was glad that I had set my alarm.
