St. Edward Park and the grounds of the hotel are lovely even with all the leaves fallen and the trails a bit muddy. The holiday decorations in the hotel are beautiful, the staff excellent, the rooms wonderfully renovated. We enjoyed our mid-week stay and hope you will too.

The food was great and a really cozy bar to have cocktails and dinner. I also enjoyed the art exhibit. It would have been nice to have more of an idea of the restaurants and entertainment in the area.

Had a short but lovely stay at this unique property. The customer service was excellent at every encounter. We arrived super early and the receptionist expedited our room and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable until the room was ready. Loved how the atmosphere reflected the hotel’s heritage, and its location within the St Edward State Park is exceptional.

This historic Lodge is framed by a most stunning St. Edward’s State Park. With over 300 acres of forest Trails, trees, picnic tables, Beautiful playground. Lake Washington close by. Even before our arrival, Dave The on-site manager made arrangements for me to combine two reservations and check in late morning. The room was well appointed with beautiful windows overlooking the forest. Cedar and Elm was a lovely restaurant with five star quality service and food. Even a broom service was gourmet and you could choose on the app from specialty coffees drinks. In the morning our room service included, freshly baked, beautiful chocolate, croissants, banana bread, oatmeal just excellent.

This lodge is so idyllic, peaceful, beautiful. The Saint Edward State Park gracefully adorns and surrounds this beautiful, sweet, comfortable gorgeous art filled stunning property. The restaurant, the coffee café, and room service are all exceptional five star quality. In fact, when I ordered room service last night, I ordered what I thought was a small meal. It would’ve been enough for three people. This is an exceptional retreat place for couples family or corporate very well run and efficient. I will be returning many times in the future.

The Lodge is a beautiful, quality property. The library is a fantastic place to hang out, with books, games, tv, complimentary snacks & multiple, very clean bathrooms. The room was spacious and clean, the beds/pillows were the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on/with at any hotel. The bathroom had double sinks, spacious and very clean. The restaurant was elegant yet comfortable, the food in the bar (burgers/fries, flatbread) were the best tasting ever. We only stayed 1 night, so no time to use all the equipment they have to lend to enjoy all the property and state park it's on. Would highly recommend more than 1 night; you'd have a great rest, an amazing meal and wouldn't need to go very far to enjoy all the fun activities the property and park have to offer.
