This hotel was fabulous. The lobby was inviting and the food was delicious. The drinks were perfect. The room was quaint and we loved the robes and the products. Fabulous location.

The Ludlow is my favorite hotel in New York. The rooms are beautiful and we absolutely love the bar. We visit New York often and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I have a choice.

Staff were first rate - from front desk to servers in the impressive lounge area. The gritty Lower East Side may not be to everyone's taste, but the hotel is a classy, quiet sanctuary in it.

We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! Cheers!

Perfect for our family trip to the city for our parent’s 50th anniversary. My mom needed a little extra

Absolutely love this hotel. It's has such a great vibe and the rooms are lovely. The location is great... easy to get everywhere. Only complaint... sometimes it's a little hard to find some place to put things down... there's so much stuff in the room... otherwise don't change a thing.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ludlow Hotel. The property has such a cool, stylish atmosphere while still feeling warm and comfortable. The lobby and fireplace seating area were especially beautiful and inviting, and we found ourselves wanting to spend time there even when we weren’t heading in or out. The room was very clean and comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with — front desk, lobby staff, bell service, and housekeeping — was genuinely friendly and helpful. The service really stood out and made the stay feel elevated and welcoming. One thing that could be improved is the bathroom counter/storage space, especially in a room with multiple guests. The lighting and mirrors were great, but there was very little room to set toiletries or personal items down near the sink area. Even a small additional table or shelf would make a big difference. Overall, we loved the hotel’s design, location, and atmosphere and would absolutely stay here again.

The staff, building and location for the event we were attending were all fabulous. The only criticism I have was the elevator was so slow that going up to your room or back down to the lobby was a time suck.
