Trying to access the building is a nightmare because the entrance is recessed into the wall and there is no immediate desk. The door is locked, so you need to get buzzed in. Unfortunately, no instructions posted to help.

Microwaves are not in your rooms; they are on the 6th floor just outside the elevators. Other than the back and forth of microwave to room, the stay was pleasant. Would go again.

Hotel is quaint, clean and service desk is exceptionally friendly. Hotel is adjacent to Hilton so share restaurants and convenience desk. Just can’t charge to the room. This was a quality stay and I will be returning.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was very spacious and clean. I love that I was able to connect to the Baird Center, without going out in the cold. I definitely will be booking again next month for my daughter volleyball tournament.
