The location is excellent. They provide a pass for the public parking garage for $21, which is a very good deal. The hotel also provides beach chairs and an umbrella, but you need to carry them to and from the beach yourself.

Perfect location for South Beach. One block off Ocean Drive with bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. all within walking distance & a great Italian restaurant on-property too.

Nice rooms, but I was told that the only thing g I had to pay for in fridge was the mini bar but was still charged for the soft drinks.

We had a great stay and were very happy with everything! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated that the parking was very close and convenient. Parking cost $20 per day. The location was also excellent - everything was within walking distance. The beach was very close, and there were many great restaurants and bars nearby as well. Overall, we are completely satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again! John was extremely helpful upon our arrival in getting us set up quickly after a redeye. Easy access to the beach and includes a beach bag, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Their restaurant bar is great - our food and service lovely. Definitely recommend!

We were greeted by a friendly lady upon check-in at The Marlin Hotel, and she really set the standard for the rest of our stay. Thankfully, we weren’t disappointed. Even the small touches stood out — the doors constantly being opened for guests, the warm welcomes every time we returned, and the friendly send-offs whenever we headed out. The staff genuinely made the experience feel welcoming and personal. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of everything, without having to pay an excessively high price just for the location alone.

We were given a parking pass at the building close by and the history of the building itself is amazing. The staff was very helpful. The decor was very eclectic and the overall stay was 10.
