What a gem! This hotel was gorgeous and aesthetically unique in every way. Loved the location- walked to the brewery/coffee shop nearby for coffee in the morning and to the farmers market Saturday morning. The contactless check in was smooth and the beds were very comfy!

This hotel was an unexpected delight on our way across the country! We would make this a destination spot because of the hotel. It was historic, but beautifully appointed. One of the best places we have stayed.

The property is so unique. We happened to be there during a severe storm. We got a great light show through the gorgeous windows but we heard not one bit of noise from the storm. The building is rock solid. The first floor has some kind of really great infused scent to it that I wish I was on every floor in the hallways. The beds were so comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. 3 great eating places within walking distance. One with a phenomenal breakfast and two with great afternoon and evening options. And right near a brewing company as well, just overlooking the river. Ten stars, with extra appreciation for fantastic air conditioning on a hot and muggy day.

Unique experience with a remodeled flour mill turned into a hotel. Nice location in the city within walking distance to restaurants/grocery stores/walking paths.

Once again it was amazing! we love the history and industrial charm and the fact that there is coffee and craft beer right next door is a huge plus you have created an amazing oportunity for travelers to learn a little history about Fergus Falls We will be back again

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's rare that my husband would comment on the comfortable bed, but he did, and not only that but the thread count of the sheets! It was an awesome re-purposing of a historic landmark! It's easy walking distance to food and entertainment. We enjoyed dinner at nearby Union Ave. Bar & Eatery, and the Outstate Brewing Company had awesome beer and live music. This place is a real gem!

Clean, spacious, super comfy bed, and best of all, unique and cool historic space. Right next to a brewery, the river/river walk and other walkable spots. But is it haunted? You’ll have to see for yourself!
