Decided to stay here vs one of the hotel chains and it was very close to my business appointments. Self check-in was easy, assigned parking space, and a very clean room. I chose a room w/private hot tub and that was a very relaxing experience. I travel a lot and always take note of the water pressure for showering - my cabin's shower was amazing! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and great marinas within a few miles. Highly recommend this place for a nice weekend getaway.

Clever and lovely cabin. The cabins are set just off a parking lot, but mine (The Schoolhouse) was really nice, seeming pretty new, good amenities like the big square showerhead. I liked the firm bed. I liked the Kuerig; just wanted decaf pods. Unusual place but worth it.

Yes there were activities for everyone. It was like stepping back in time to a small town. Everything needed within walking distance.

There is a fire pit and front porch rockers. The local activities for kids would be a little bit of a walk. This is a nice, quiet place to stay, with or without kids.

Did not see any staff during our stay. We were there for 2 nights but there were only two bath towels in the room and no replenishment or emptying trash. It was skimpy on toiletries and towels. The bed was very comfortable. I think a posteropedic mattress. The room is rustic and in keeping with the old west theme. It’s a short walk to Patti’s 1880’s Settlement.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Hot tub could have been cleaner. Couch was uncomfortable and had tv in a strange place for living room . The Badget Playhouse had a show 2 of the nights and music was so loud insided the cabin we couldn't sleep. Booked through Hotels.com and the Outpost tried to tell us we only paid for 2 nights when it was 3. Walked into our room unexpectedly. Error on them and through expedia and finally got resolved after an hour of trying to prove what was booked and paid for. Will not be back and would not recomend if you are looking for a comfortable weekend getaway.
