I loved the hotel. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and even though we were able to stay in non accessible rooms, they made the entire stay mostly accessible. The only problem was they were down to one elevator and with a lot of foot traffic that means it was more difficult to get to our room and back as not everything could be done on our floor. That's the only reason you this not being fully 5 stars.

It was a great location for my conference with my family. 3 minutes walk to the convention center and very walkable street nearby to wonderful restaurants and shopping centers. But the room is very small, considering the season and location, it might be reasonable.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially in getting us a cab back to airport. Several things were out of order - worst being one of two elevators which made for a long wait and given we were on the 8th floor with heavy luggage taking stairs wasn’t feasible. Ice machine also out of order. Overall I would stay here again.

Downtown Seattle hotels are expensive—there's no getting around that. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and good-sized rooms, this property is an excellent value. During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices.

Everyone was very nice and hotel was close to walking distance to everything. When we got back from our cruise we were able to leave our suite case for a couple of hours which was a big help. I would highly recommend

Had a great stay at the Paramount. The entire place is very clean and tastefully appointed. The room was spacious and well laid out. The staff was courteous and helpful in arranging a ride to the airport with a cab service that offers a flat rate (much lower than available Uber services).

Awesome location - very walkable to everything! Allowed early check-in. REALLY comfortable beds and usually hotel beds are so hard I'm crippled. Free water at the front desk as needed. They had a cheap shuttle you could book down to the cruise terminal. And, we were there for a milestone birthday for my dad - and they left him a little gift basket! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great hotel in the center of downtown Seattle. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. The staff was courteous and professional. I'd stay here again!!

This is a great place to stay! Easy access to conference center and downtown Seattle. Also, close to public transit. The hotel is well maintained. My room was nice - no great view, but just what I needed. The staff is so nice. Checkout time of 12pm so reasonable. Would stay here again.
