The location is excellent because you are close to Shanghai and Summa, but that is about it. Three channels are provided on the tv, which was fine. WiFi functioned well. Cons The room was lanted! If I were to walk around the room, I would literally start to become dizzy. The carpet floors smell awful. My pillows were uncomfortable, and one of my pillowcases had a stain. Additionally, some insects were crawling up the bed. I was given a suite with a private bathroom. Thank God, the restroom was clean. The hangers in the closet were messed up, even a broken one. Only one window, so I advise covering the drapes so you can't see the other guestroom. Since I opened the window to let the air in, I had a hard time sleeping, but since their window was also open, I could hear the person snoring from the adjacent room. The elevator was terrible, and the front desk personnel did not even assist you when opening the elevator door. I chose the short stairs instead because they were cramped and filthy, and I could see popcorn on the floor. Stay with a friend if you must decide to stay here. I didn't feel completely safe or at ease despite my solitary stay. I won't return. The restroom and corridor looked like if you could

The room was spotless, with a decent location and the desk personnel were friendly. The price was good, but there was nothing special, only a vending machine.

Overall, had a good stay. The price is reasonable, the location is excellent, and there aren't many negatives besides the noisy area. But that's just San Francisco for you. I would suggest bringing earplugs. The rooms can also be uneven and a little lanky. You might need to determine which side of the bed to sleep at as it is less inclined.
