The hotel is under renovation but other than the parking lot having building material in it and the occasional worker in the elevator you wouldn't know it. The room was clean and comfortable, ours looked like it had already been redone. The water pressure was better than most hotels. The only complaint I would have is the windows have shutters onstead of curtians which look nice but dont do a great job of keeping it dark. Would stay here again.

Nice size room for the price. Efficient A/C. Good hot/cold breakfast. Easy parking, hot coffee available 24/7 in lobby.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It was close to our venue and very convenient. The room was very clean but if you do not appreciate the smell of bleach be prepared. Bed was comfortable, large shower and bathroom and the room was spacious.

This property was being renovated, understandably the lobby was busy but the rooms have been finished and they are amazing, quiet, clean and modern!

We had a wonderful stay at the Parkview. I was nervous after reading some recent reviews but we have no complaints! They are undergoing extensive renovations so there is some construction noise but it didn't disturb us at all. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you're lucky, you might be greeted by an adorable pup at the front desk! Great proximity to downtown. Overall, a great stay for a very affordable price!

Charming hotel built in the 20's. Currently being entirely renovated and unfortunately not keeping any of the original architectural aesthetic. Still a lovely place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. The location is great to Syracuse University.

I chose this hotel in part because of its proximity to Upstate Medical Hospital, but it also had really good ratings and reviews. It did not disappoint. It’s tastefully appointed, homey with a touch of elegance. My room was generously sized and sparkly clean. A lovely bonus was their breakfast which is more than cereal or pastries. There were mini-omelets and sausage patties in a chaffing dish which were good but barely warm. This is my only negative comment about my whole experience and one I can easily forgive. I will absolutely stay there again when the need arises.

Rooms are nice. Under renovation at the moment, which should turn a good property into great one.

Classic older hotel. Centrally located with quick access from the highway. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Lots of free hotel parking in rear. Property is undergoing renovations in preparation for new ownership but we didn't notice. Huge room. Double shower heads were bonus. Forgot an item in the lobby and staff ran out to the parking lot to hand it to us. Will stay again.
