I think it would be great to offer complimentary water instead of so many options with chocolate, sugar, and gluten. The breakfast could also be improved with more healthy options, including scrambled eggs. Small details like these can really make a difference.

Loved our time here. Great location (both to the subway and to Broadway, etc). Super friendly staff. Tasty breakfast (as far as hotel breakfasts go). Would stay here again.

The room was large by New York City standards. Was across the street from Eugene O’Neil theater. The staff were helpful, always available, friendly. There was free continental breakfast but we didn’t try it, we were out in the city early and stayed late. Air conditioning was comfortable. The bathroom was so large and clean.

Okay, so breakfast is not that great, no food-food (eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, etc) coffee was mid. Everything else (room, lobby,check-in, doormen, bathrooms, staff) 10/10. Best place to stay if you are going to a Broadway show). Doorman will arrange transportation the night before. 10% off Steakhouse next door that connects to the lobby. At check-in received a free room upgrade. Called for early check-in, even though unavailable they did let us store our luggage until check-in. Shower took a long time to get hot. Tip: turn on sink to get hot water faster. It's an extremely nice hotel for the price and location, will definitely stay here again.

The Pearl is a home away from home. They have an amazing staff that makes you feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The Pearl is steps away from the greatest of NY’s broadway shows, Times Square, and great restaurants and shops. I’ve made it a point to stay only at The Pearl when I visit the city.

Great location, in the theater district and a stones throw from time square. Walkable to many restaurants, central park and other mid town attractions. Nice updated rooms, large bathroom, and friendly staff. Wish there was a little more offered at the continental breakfast, but that is just nitpicking.

Excellent location, and very quiet considering it’s right by Time Square. Staff was very friendly and the evening wine from 5-6pm was great. Will definitely stay there again.
