It was a lovely stay at The Pearl. The staff was very helpful, there was a breakfast included, a wine party everyday at 5:00, free snacks and coffee 24/7. Location is fantastic-just a block and a half from Times Square and the TKTS booth. Though my window was on the street, it was very quiet. Doorman, Manuel, was excellent-very friendly and helpful. Empire Steakhouse connected right next door. I will definitely stay there again on a future trip.

Terrific stay! Staff was super helpful right from the start, and the lobby and our room were super clean. Complimentary wine in the evening, and breakfast in the morning, made the stay even more comfortable and fun!

I enjoy my stay at the pearl hotel. My original room (and the online reviews) stated that if you did not have a microwave could request one. After I had spoke to customer service, they switched my room entirely which was amazing. My partner and I were looking for local attractions and lounges to attend in the front desk where eager to help and beyond gracious. We were approximately 2 blocks away from Times Square, which turned out to be very convenient cluttered, crowded over stimulating and anxiety inducing. However, I didn't enjoy my time and we'll look forward to looking a stay sometime in the future.

very nice hotel at the heart of the Theater district, walking distance to subway lines and Times Square, The staff was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. My room was modern and up to date with bedding, plumbing and great AC. My room had a refrigerator which was clean and convenient. I only wish there was a microwave as well. There was breakfast available, but I did not partake. Definitely recommend this property.

It was my third time there. It is the best location possible. Staff was always ready to help. Breakfast was simple but enough. There was coffee, and the snacks available were something my kids and I really enjoyed after a long day of walking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special mention goes to James, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions. It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options were a little limited. However, apart from that, everything was brilliant. The hotel was comfortable, the service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend it and would definitely return.

Rooms were clean and secure. I will improve the lightning because was not too clear on times when you would like to read. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Manuel and Francisco. The continental breakfast was good. The air conditioning was perfect.
