Check in staff was courteous and helpful. Explained the amenities and recommended nearby attractions. The attached parking garage was a plus and very secure, requiring a room key to enter and exit. The rooftop bar, pool, adults only, and upscale restaurant were exceptional. Also, there is a coffee shop in the lobby, open in the morning. In addition to coffee, various breakfast options are available. A very well thought out hotel experience.

This hotel is beautiful. The moment you enter the lobby the scent is so nice without being overwhelming. Our room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had a large balcony with a river view that was perfect. We didn’t have time to use the pool or dine at the rooftop restaurant. We did have drinks and food at the pool bar, The bartender was great and the food was good too. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended to a friend.

The staff are the biggest reason why we stay at that property. They are so welcoming and helpful that it really makes the best experience in town.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in July and were over the top pleased. Some people do a good job and others do it with genuine kindness and enthusiasm. The staff at The Perry fall into the latter category. The property itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The room was perfect. But the staff was the shining star. Shout outs to Regina and the entire front of house staff, Crystal at the 7th floor bar and Caleb with facilities. All interactions were fantastic.

Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff, accommodations, and overall service exceeded my expectations. The only concern I encountered involved the valet parking attendants. I overheard comments indicating that they should prioritize parking vehicles for restaurant patrons rather than hotel guests because hotel guests "don't tip." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, as all guests should receive the same level of service and courtesy regardless of where they are visiting within the property. I wanted to share this feedback in the spirit of helping maintain the high standard of hospitality that was evident throughout the rest of my stay.

We have stayed at the Perry Hotel many times. I love the modern touch of the hotel, with extremely clean rooms and a well maintained pool. The staff are extremely friendly and always provide great service especially Jessica who serves poolside. Jessica is always on point with maintaining the pool area, taking food orders and drink orders. If Jessica isn’t working I do notice that the pool area can lack cleanliness due to drinks cups, old towels and trash laying around. The food is always really good by the pool. I do wish the hotel had a gym for when we stay for staycations. Overall we have had great experiences staying here. The rooftop restaurant is a great touch with a really great menu and a great view. We have stayed only as adults and with our ten year old, so it is kid friendly.
