This little boutique inn was so much better than expected. There aren’t any 5 star hotels in Morro Bay but I would say this is as close as you’ll get. The attention to detail is high quality and modern, great use of space and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. They offered a smart tv which made the time relaxing in that comfortable bed even better. The host was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

New and very modern. High quality finish. Fabulous shower. No noise from the above because there are no above rooms. Also no noise from the adjacent rooms. Nice parking.

This property is new and was as nice as it looked in the photos. The room was quiet; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was spotless; the shower was large, spotless and worked; more than adequate counter space; provided toiletries were nice. TV works and you can log into any streaming you subscribe to. There's a small fridge. Patios are small and enclosed and you can see the stacks and the rock. Quonset hut makes for a unique structure. There is free EV charging. Staff was helpful - although there is not always staff present. Two issue - 1) the bathroom light is on a motion sensor (we could not figure out how to turn off) - 2) the room does not get black out dark with all lights out and shades closed. L

Loved our stay here at The Q Inn! Everything totally exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy, rooms are well maintained, and the amenities were 10/10. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

The Q Inn was the perfect getaway and a beautifully designed place to stay. I loved the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property—from the historic touches displayed around the inn to the journal in the room where guests can leave their names and comments, and even the stunning shower. It’s clear the owners put a great deal of care and effort into creating a unique and welcoming experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent stay. Incredibly comfortable room. The bed was a dream - on the firmer side but supportive and soft at the same time. The shower and bathroom was beautiful. Really loved the included exfoliating mat, the electric shades on the windows, and ceiling fan. Easy check in/check out process. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it more!

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in: I spent two nights and two days here with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary. Everything was new and clean, the room was incredibly nice and decorated very well, the entire atmosphere and concept of the hotel is so cool and unique and the prices are very reasonable. Service and hospitality were also great, I met Orion and John who were both wonderful! Can't say enough good things and will definitely be coming back as well as recommending to friend's and family!

This newly remodeled, quaint property was a lovely experience. The property itself is pretty no frills -- no onsite staff, no food service or vending machine -- and operates like an short-term rental where you are messaged access codes. But the rooms are upscale and comfortable. We had a dog so stayed in the ADA room which allows dogs. The patio was private and a great place to relax and the fire pit is a very nice touch. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Can easily walk to a number of breakfast places. The staff/owner was a bit slow to respond to texts when we weren't sure how to get it but we figured it out. Note to anyone booking on Expedia: you'll likely get the check in information as Expedia messages not email or text, so check here for the info.

The building was very unique, gorgeous and well done! The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was amazing. The bed was a tad bit uncomfortable but much better than other hotels. It was easy to access our room and the building. Loved that it was small and one story. Close to the beach, food and shopping. We will definitely be staying at The Q Inn again.

Super unique and amazing property! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was so comfy. Rooms were extra, extra clean! Orion, was helpful and friendly. A lot of thought was put into this property. Just so sad I had to leave and wish I could’ve stayed many more nights! If you’re ever in Morro Bay, this is the place to stay! You will love it as much as I did. I can’t wait to come back next year! Super quiet also and for me, that’s top!

The room exceeded my expectations. Everything was modern and great. The room was amazing and you get a private outdoor fire pit. Bathroom was immaculate and my son loved the plush blankets. When I left and the owner saw me struggling with my son and luggage he grabbed a bag and helped me to my car. Would stay here again! It’s also so close and convenient to Morro Rock.

This hotel was an amazing one of kind experience. They have the most updated technology and amenities. The staff is family owned and extremely nice and friendly. I can't wait to staycation there again soon.
