We had an amazing stay for our first trip to Stone Harbor. The staff went above and beyond for everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach shuttle service was perfect and the town was adorable. We would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back in the future.

Room was lovely, quiet, and clean. Great location. I found the bed and bedding comfortable though my husband thought the mattress was uncomfortable. Nice toiletries and towels. Food in the restaurant was very good but the servers loudly loading or unloading utensils behind the bar detracted from the dining experience. We literally couldn’t converse until it stopped. But that’s our only criticism. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Great location, many shops and restaurants walking distance. staff was friendly. Service was great,. Like the shuttle to the beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. Had some appetizers at Sax lounge, they were delicious. Would definitely go back.

Property was very clean and appeared to be well maintained and updated. The check in process was easy and efficient! Only ome minor issue, the cleaning staff was very loud in the common areas, hallways early in the morning. I will definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, this trip was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, welcoming, and effortlessly luxurious. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the people. If you’re planning a stay, do yourself a favor and reach out to Diane ahead of time. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our room setup to every extra request we had. It felt completely seamless, like every detail was already handled before we even thought to ask. The spa was another highlight, and Mackenzie was absolutely fantastic. Professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience relaxing and personalized, exactly what you hope for but rarely get to this level. And I have to give a special shoutout to Cliff from valet. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but his knowledge and warm personality truly tied the whole experience together. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression in such a short interaction. Every part of this trip felt thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely cared for. We left already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend.

Room was modern, spotless and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the annex across the street from the Mail hotel but used the facilities. The bar and music were great as well.

All of the staff were wonderful. The restaurant was delicious & the rooms were beautiful & clean. My only “complaint” is the light situation in the room was weird. The lights would come on in the room when we turned the lights on in the bathroom. Im sure there was a way to stop that but couldnt figure it out.
