The property was amazing, but what made it the best was the staff. The entire staff was welcoming and willing to do anything to make our stay memorable, from my birthday and most importantly, our son and his wife's gender reveal gathering. Thank you, see you soon.

There were activities for kids. Brac access was good. Room on the 2nd fllor was below the height of the dune but water further out was visible and the sound of the waves at night was relaxing.

We had a two-bedroom Oceanfront condo for ourselves and our adult son and his wife. The unit was clean comfortable and well equipped. The unit we had did not have a Keurig and had a conventional coffee maker so just be prepared for that otherwise 10 out of 10. The attached pics are from our balcony

We traveled with 3 adults and 2 teens… any time we go to cocoa beach this is where we stay it’s perfect for everything and the access to the beach is perfect!

Ocean was only visible by leaning out and looking right from the balcony- but we were super impressed on how clean the room and patio area was. Nice room and bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen area was. Kitchen area was nicely equipped as well.

This resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of fun amenities for the family. There is also a third party vendor which rents out lounge chairs, umbrellas and water toys on the beach which makes it nice. The unit itself was super clean and very spacious-plenty of room for our family. This is our second time here and we can’t wait to go again!

Staff was fantastic. The room was clean and had everything it said it would. The amenities were amazing for kids. We had two toddlers and stayed busy the whole time! Movie theater, kids play place, EASY and nice walk to the beach. A beach wagon and everything you could want. We will be back!
