We have been there several times and are looking forward to returning! This is the best place for a vacation. The service is excellent, especially from the valet to room service. All inquiries are handled professionally and with great service at the front desk and customer relations. Noelmarie went above and beyond for us. The club room offers fantastic food for all dietary requirements, a wide range of beverages for everyone, and is quite comfy in the interior or outside. It also has welcoming and friendly staff. Fantastic cuisine, a fantastic beach, pools, and lovely grounds, as well as a first-class golf course next door.

I would highly recommend the Ojai Valley Inn over this location as your first choice if seeking a retreat in this region. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the rooms are filled with that traditional, regal vibe, and there were moments of excellent service like daniel in the dining room for being amazing and sending me slippers, but once you get past that, it's pretty much downhill. I have a spa appointment scheduled for later today, so hopefully, it's a little better. You should make sure all of your rooms are excellent if you charge ok per night for accommodations. Let me tell you, because it is directly on the road, trucks and motorcycles can be heard. I saw that and was like, maybe it's not that terrible, but it's not that awful, because it's right on the road, and truck and motorcycles can be heard. Then, after making an appeal, my husband requested that I be relocated to what I would call an excellent building 11, which is right next to the elevator. I've been next to elevators before, and they have more quiet ones than they used to be. I woke up several times throughout the night, and I didn't want to move any longer. I would definitely suggest the Ojai Valley Inn over this place if youre looking for a resort in this area. These are some

I had a fantastic custom facial with fan. She was so attentive and the experience was very relaxing. She helped my skin so much and I left glowing! The facilities were very good and I particularly liked the eucalyptus steam room before the facial. I can't wait to come back and see fan again!.

My husband surprised me when we arrived for my wedding anniversary. My daughter, a student at the university, had already been transferred as we were already in. The resort's attractive pool, rooms, and cuisine were all as anticipated, but the wonderful staff, who were typically college students, made it outstanding. With all our needs, demands, and guidance, they were warm, pleasant, and very helpful. With kids the same age, we were incredibly moved and proud of this group. Many thanks to Daniel and Ashley, front desk, alex golf cart driver Sonya, and Mark from the Rick Carllton Club. All of you will accomplish a lot!.

The ritz only bought the property in 2017 and so don't show anything about it despite the fact that they don't offer a cocktail or appetizer. Don't expect to return. First impressions are better than a bad one. Excellent grounds, pleasant pool workers, a good position, and free pedal assist bicycles. The trail to the south end of the property has beautiful ocean views. Disappointing. When we arrived, there were trash cans overflowing with empty water bottles in the lobby. The first room we were given was dark. We had to change rooms. When we arrived, there was trash cans full of empty water bottles in the lobby. We had to wait two hours before we got to the new room because it hadn't been ready until the rp. Costs 30 for uber into San Francisco. Angel oak's young bartender handed us the drinks menu at the bar before forgetting us. He never returned to pick up our order. After 20 minutes, we just got up and left. It wasn't even very busy. You can see the club lounge from the spa pool. But, you can't enter there! For a night in the ritz, it is not sufficient to spend $900. You must have one of the more expensive rooms, I suppose, to have access. You feel like a loser swimming in there but unable to
