So amazing. Common areas are spectacular and we felt right at home and so welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was fabulous - the view from the 31st floor absolutely breathtaking. Loved the serene and modern bathroom. The roof top lounge at night - wow. I’ll definitely be back.

We arrived very early from our redeye flight, and we didnt expect our room to be ready at 6 am on a friday morning. The staff made us feel very welcome from the front door to the front desk. Paulina at the front desk welcomed us with the biggest smile and explained to us she would get our room ready as soon as possible. We took a breakfast break nearby and strolled down to the flower mart, which is only a block away. Then we returned to the hotel and used the gym and spa, which were perfect to kill time, relax and freshen up after a flight. Around 10 am, ps1 called me and said our room was ready. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city on the 22nd floor. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only 1 year old. The decor is modern and luxurious. The service is excellent. On a friday night, it got busy and crowded due to the joe Andreas restaurant, bazaar and rooftop bar.

The rooms at the Ritz in nomad are among the most spacious and cleanest of all the hotels in new york city. We come often and always have the most amazing view and the best service. Kevin, mona and derick, the friendly staff, went above and beyond to make this stay memorable and comfortable.

They have partnered with joe andres on food and bev, so you must try all of the restaurants and the amazing rooftop bar nebulez! Ive stayed here for over 15 nights and counting! I want to personally thank the very attentive staff below. You make me feel at home. Front desk ronie, jillian, concierge, michael, joy, celeste, Trevor, John guest services kevin, luis, Devon, Derrick spa front desk Claire, dyanne, imani, Simon, Elizabeth Spa Attendants irma, nana, romario, alb, and joe. We have become regulars at the Ritz in nomad and honestly every time the experience gets better and better. We met kenyon on our first trip and he made it so memorable. We knew we couldnt stay anywhere else in nyc. When we came back and only met us once, he remembered us and greeted us with open arms. This past weekend was even more wonderful for our anniversary, we met carla and made our stay so special.

The view from the top floor of the bar and restaurant is breathtaking. You can see the whole 360 of the city from there. But you cant just go up there without prior reservation. Truly the jewel of the new and trendy nomad neighborhood in manhattan.
