Hotel sensacional, café da manhã continental incluso (pão, presunto , queijo, sucos, cafés, chá, algumas frutas) Quartos limpos todos os dias, equipe super atenciosa, vale ressaltar o atendimento do Sr. Gus recepcionista do hotel super atencioso fala portugues fluente, sempre indicando bons restaurantes . Estacionamento na frente do hotel 20 dólares a diária. O hotel fornece cadeira de praia, guarda sol e toalhas! A praia fica a um quarteirão então tranquilo pra levar. Super indico e voltaria tranquilamente .

I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. It has a rustic vibe, polite staff, and a simple yet tasty breakfast. The receptionist, Elizabeth, was super cordial and helpful with assistance. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, shopping centers, nightlife, and good restaurants.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. No complaints and I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Miami. Travelled here with my family (myself, wife and four year old son). Highly recommend this establishment!! Thank you.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y un mini súper. Caminando a 3 minutos se encuentra la parada de autobús (súper útil si deseas ahorrar en transporte) y a 5 minutos del pie de playa. El personal muy atento y siempre al pendiente de las necesidades del huésped. Salvaron mis vacaciones. Tienen buenas recomendaciones de lugares para comer o actividades que realizar en Miami. El desayuno es bueno.

Great location close to Ocean drive and bus/trolley rides. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. We had a squeaky bed but it was comfortable. Guss helped us plan our 3 nites we were there.

The Shepley is a great boutique hotel. The staff are excellent, courteous and always available. The Continental Breakfast offers plenty of varieties. For the early riser, like me, breakfast doesn't open until 7:30 AM. I would have liked to be able to grab at least a coffee a little earlier. They are a block from the beach and provide chairs, umbrellas and towels. We really enjoyed our stay. FYI: To the mobility challenged, access to the 2nd floor is by a steep staircase.
