Our room was restored and very nice. The linen was new and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place and good value. Will return when in El Paso.

The rates offered here are reasonable, but they were so affordable. Nevertheless, the receptionist helped us with two fantastic dinner suggestions when we checked in. Even though the hotel is dated and the carpet has been worn out, and the linen has seen better days. And then, the room was spacious and nicely furnished and the meal was so affordable. After that, the service was friendly. Subsequently, the hotel has a comfortable bed and serves good quality food. Subsequently, the breakfast is reasonably priced.

I needed a relaxing note before starting our khr journey back home. Very comfortable stay in a great location. Carlos was friendly and took good care of us. Location is centrally located in all El Paso. Breakfast is quite simple, with just juice, toast, waffle machine and very good coffee.

Id like to say that Gabriel at the front desk was fantastic. He even gave me a pack of muffins because I was leaving before breakfast and he had coffee ready for me at 530 am. My original hotel was overbooked through application and with the recent tragic shooting incident in el paso there were literally no rooms available near the airport at any chain hotels. application found this one for me. This hotel has a long way to go to get a better rating. It was very hot in the lobby when I came in around midnight. They are in the middle of updating so there was furniture lined up in all of the hallways. Im happy to see that the furniture is being replaced because the existing pieces are very well worn. My unit's bathroom did appear to have been updated, so that was a benefit. Im hoping that new carpet is also installed. It was terrible. Housekeeping did not clean out the coffee pot or empty the filter from the previous guest. The bed headboard was very dusty. The linens are so poor quality that they are threadbare. The mattress feels more like sleeping on a box spring. I was going to stay two nights in El Paso, but couldn't stay a second night here. Fortunately, I found another hotel through hotels. Com. Gabriel was kind enough to refund me for the second night. Hotel sound, you really could be

The condition of the room was good, but not very comfortable as the hot tub did not work. Only one problem we had was located on the second floor. I recommend if you want to stay there get a room on the third floor. All occupants over you could hear every action, step, telephone, and other things.
