Great property. Parking was a little weird and could use better instructions/details.

Beautiful hotel and helpful wonderful staff. The beautiful scenery of the campus right outside the door is lovely. It’s a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

I didn't use the Bar, or in-room food service. The coffee set up in the lobby each morning was nice and they even had my almond milk! They went above and beyond and brought a coffee machine up to my room for my last night at the hotel--wonderful! I did a do-not-disturb every other day, and when I let them back in, they left my room spotless. My husband was in the hospital and we didn't know when he would be released. The staff, and a flexible clause, worked with me so patiently as I changed go dates twice. They offered suggestions on foods found near the hotel. They briefed me on a laundromat and the hotel's personal laundry one-day service, if you get clothing listed and bagged and to the front desk nlt 7am M-F, you pick up your laundry at 7pm the same day. And I loved the free freshly baked ginger snap cookies offered at the front desk all day, each day. They care. They listen. They effectively respond. Thank you!!!

The staff at the front desk were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and nice. The cleaning staff wonderful. The restaurant had good food, but the 2 breakfast’s I had there, the waiter was not remotely attentive. First breakfast, asked if I could get a biscuit, instead of toast. No mention of an upcharge, $5.50 for 1 biscuit. Went Down 2 evenings to order dinner and take to our room. It was almost like I was intruding. Was not welcomed

Room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn’t eat there but from what we saw, the restaurant must be good since it was pretty packed in there when we arrived for check in. It was convenient and a walkable distance from businesses like 7-Eleven and Shake Shack. Will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure at The Study - in town to visit with my son at Drexel. I inquired about the possibility of a complimentary upgrade, which was honored; the king room was upgraded to a king suite. The extra room was perfect for when my son came to hang out. We will always come back here.

It was lovely and charming and all of the niceties of a large chain but the charm of a boutique hotel. I enjoyed my stay so much, I've booked another night there!
