The Sunset Inn was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. From the screened in porch overlooking the marsh, we watched the sun rise and sunset. Very good coffee available in the morning as well as coffee maker in the room. Tasty breakfasts. Temperature control was easy, heating and cooling. Nice walk to beach. On the first level, the Inn has 2 full showers with soap and shampoo, and each room has a storage room for beach equipment so no sand is tracked to around. We loved Sunset Beach. There is a small sandwich shop in a convenient store and a couple places for ice cream, otherwise you have to go across the bridge but anything you would want is within 5 miles. Definitely will be back.

We loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking tent marsh and watching the birds. It was a wonderful experience.

I have stayed here many times. As a female solo traveler I feel safe and like one of the family. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and the rooms are always comfortable and quiet.

The “grab and go” breakfast was awesome! Homemade bread and egg dish was memorable! Excellent coffee and staff was so gracious. Loved the room. We stayed in the Baldy room. Tub was great! Swing on porch was a nice touch.
