Staff is great. Always ready to help. They bring coffee, fruit, and muffins to your room upon request. You can eat on the outdoor deck or take it with you. It is a lovely and clean place...

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly in every interaction we had. We had a shared deck and jacuzzi tub, and the indoor pool was lovely as well! Definitely a worthwhile place to stay while in Mystic.

What a charming place this is! My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and were so pleased with the grounds and friendly staff. We felt right at home. This place is well-maintained and has beautiful grounds. I especially appreciated the breakfast delivery to our room every morning. What a delightful bonus! I would definitely return!

Great place to stay! The staff in particular was super helpful and friendly! Romantic room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Accessible to everything in Mystic and surrounding areas. We walked to the drawbridge in 25 minutes. Overall, just an oasis in Mystic! We would book here on our next trip. Enjoy!

My friend and I decided to stay here for a week in June. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the property has a lot of separate buildings on it which makes it very pleasant. It is really easy to walk to downtown Mystic, no worries about parking your car! We drove to Misquamicut Beach almost everyday, the drive is easy and about 25 minutes long. Before we left, we booked our room for next year!

We had a wonderful visit at the Taber Inn! The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary coffee, juice, and pastries each morning were such a wonderful touch! The service was fantastic and friendly. We look forward to a future stay! Highly recommend if traveling with young kids (as we were!) Plenty of green space for them to burn off energy and an indoor pool!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, I loved the fruit, pastries, and coffee delivered to our room in the morning at the time we requested, and the pool was lovely. My only concern is that the shower and jacuzzi did not produce hot water, only warm water. Hopefully that is something they will fix.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel in Mystic, CT! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and right at home. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — close to all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions that make Mystic so special, yet still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved the warm, personal touch that you only get from a smaller hotel. It truly felt like a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and friendly place to stay in Mystic, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great personable staff, family-run hotel, so friendly! Unostentatious place with cozy electric fireplaces in the rooms (not sure if all have them). Good value. We had a comfortable overnight stay. A minor issue: the pool seemed overly chlorinated.
